Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby give my informed consent to the processing of my personal data when using the services available at https://moscow-export.com and all its subdomains (hereinafter, the Services) by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Moscow Export Center”, legal address: 1 Arbat Street, Arbat Municipal District, Moscow, 119019 (hereinafter, ANO MEC), as the operator of my personal data, and I confirm that in giving such consent I act of my own free will and in my own interest.

I give this consent for the purposes of:

• providing access to personalized resources of the Services;
• creating an account to access restricted services of the Services;
• making calls and sending informational messages, including by email and short messages (SMS), to send notifications;
• determining location to ensure security and prevent fraud;
• providing effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Services;
• collecting the necessary statistical information;
• creating, analyzing and monitoring the customer base.

This consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

• surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
• email address;
• telephone number;
• place of work (organization).

I give this consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the privacy policy for the purpose of receiving advertising mailings from ANO MEC at the email address provided, when submitting a data entry form to file an application or when sending an application for a service from the personal account signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature, by ticking the box “I consent to receiving advertising mailings from ANO Moscow Export Center”.

The agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment I provide my data and may be revoked by me at any time by sending a corresponding free-form statement to the email address of ANO MEC.

The date of revocation is the day following the day on which ANO MEC receives the statement revoking the consent to receive advertising mailings at the email address of ANO MEC. If that day falls on a non-working day, the date of revocation is the next working day.

I have been warned that if I revoke my consent to the processing of personal data, the operator may continue to process personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 and Part 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.
